1. Position Overview

We are hiring Production Operators to support daily production activities. The role includes rotational shifts, safety compliance, and maintaining product quality throughout the production process.

2. Qualifications

Education: Diploma mechanical ,electrical, electronics, production, Food technology/ BSC pass course, food technology

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers eligible)

3. Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery.

Maintain production quality and follow SOPs.

Support daily production operations.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness.

Coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members.

4. Job Requirements

Ability to work in rotational shifts (A/B/C).

Physically fit to perform shop-floor tasks.

Basic understanding of production processes (training provided).

5. Salary & Benefits

Salary Structure

CTC: ₹20,200 per month

In-Hand Salary: ₹16,300 per month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹3,600 (paid every 3 months)
